Changing lock on patio door

I have patio doors and on each door they have a lock. I've managed to change the lock on the left hand door but struggling with the right side. I've had a look inside and can't figure out how I can take that lock out?

I've posted images below, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There must be a screw going into the side of the lock cylinder (presumably there was one on the first lock?).

It's either behind the centre pillar or behind the glass.

If you're lucky they'll be access behind one of the striker plates. If not the centre pillar will might need to come off.

I'm sure there was a similar thread a few months back. I'm also pretty sure there are some example videos on YouTube.

Center pillar is usually just a few screws into the side of the door, which looks like you've taken 1 out out already, do that for the rest of the screws. The pillar should just pop out then you can access the screw holding the lock in place

Concur, centre pillar simply comes off, with 4-5 screws, did mine last year and replaced with 3* locks and 2* handles, then finally fitted some laminated glass, most patio doors has toughened, which smashed like a bus stop for instant crim access.

Try and mark with pencil where the centre pillar lines up exactly so you put it back exactly using the same holes, its easy to make new threads in plastic and the lock mechs then don't line up and door won't lock.
