Case Replacement Advice for Corsair 800D

I'm hoping to get some advice on a new case.

I'm currently using a Corsair 800D which I bought when I did my water cooled build. I've since gone back to air cooling as the upkeep of a wc system is just too much for me now with other commitments.

New case needs to fit the following major components:
Mobo: Asus Z87 MAXIMUS VI FORMULA Intel Z87
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K
CPU Cooling: Noctua NH-D15 Dual Radiator Quiet CPU Cooler with two NH-A15 Fans
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1070
PSU: Corsair RM Series RM 850
Currently have six Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm fans but these probably need to be replaced with ones more suitable for air cooling?

I'll be moving the case from the floor to top of my desk and space saving is a requirement so don't want another full tower one. Other than that I'm quite flexible, just looking for something windowless and quiet really that doesn't look ugly on my desk.

Thinking of getting a Fractal Design Define R6 and see that it comes with 3 Dynamic X2 GP-14 fans. I was thinking of swapping those for 3 Noctua NF-A14 Chromax.Black.Swap fans instead as they look like they'll push more air with lower noise levels.

Is it worth swapping those fans or not? I plan on having two intake at the front and one exhaust at the rear.
