Can u still get Globalwin PSUs? I used to to have the Onux super silent one years ago could power anything in dead silence.

Don't remember having seen those.
Anyway good riddance considering googling giving review of old outdated bling blinged garbage using very unreliable Fuhjyyu capacitors.

There are some completely fanless PSUs if you want to make sure fan doesn't keep noise.
But those cost lot more because of needing big oversizing of many components and no doubt very small production runs.

All good normal PSUs use anyway temperature controlled fan and don't make unnecessary noise.
Some also offer semi-passive mode, in which fan is kept stopped until reaching certain temperature.
As efficiency and hence amount of power wasted as heat affects to amount of cooling needed, higher efficiency PSU might be little better for noise.

Though there's price premium.
