Shame the recent 43" UUW Samsung doesn't have a Gsync variant, I think that could be something really really good!

109PPI with 165hz is damn near perfect though imo.

Just remove the G-sync and the prices will be much more palatable. That's what I'm waiting for. A good selection of 4k144Hz non-Gync IPS/VA screens. We're probably a long way off, but I bet we'll probably get shown a few more 4k144Hz at CES next week.

Dunno about these particular ones but there are generally a lot of negatives as well as positives with them - despite some of the high headline figures like high refresh they often have pedestrian response times or input latency or some transitions are slow making certain things a little smeary in motion, etc. or they'll have great response times but the colours are not particularly accurate and so on.

Coupled with such TV's, next gen consoles might actually give PC's a serious run for their money at last! In terms of apples to apples performance that is, none of this 4K @ 30FPS nonsense.
