Contact Lian Li

Does anyone know how to contact Lian Li instead of using their RMA page? I keep getting auto replies telling me to go back to the same page which is getting really annoying.

I've been using this page which it keeps telling me to use in the email

But when I fill the form in a day or 2 later all I get is an automated message

Chinese New Year - unlikely that anybody would have a look at anything you sent before the 13th. The country stops during this period.

Well someone from Lian Li finally got back to me on this but think I will give the outcome a bit of a miss. Yes the case is old but at the time if cost me over £200 and when you can't even get hold of any of the hard drive screws in this country not much more I can say for Lian Li. I was quoted $17 for 28 screws & shipping, sorry but I am not willing to pay that much for any screw ('s) (no pun intended :rolleyes:

What thread size are they? Just buy screws for that thread size

They may be the ones with the rubber grommet.

These are the screws needed for drives to fit in this case

They are just standard shoulder screws. Find out what size hard drive threads are and you'll be able to buy them off the shelf

Edit - try these. Double check that hard drive threads are m3 but a quick look said they were. Also measure the thread height and change accordingly

The ones I have are larger and are 6/32 thread.

I did have some slightly bigger ones but I only have 2 left I tried sliding the drive in with 2 at the back but the drive moves about more in the cage I can't tell properly but maybe the shoulder is slightly thinner than the smaller screws.
