Any suggests for a SMB email archive solution?

Hi all,

Our business currently has 30 active email accounts, with about 20gb - 40gb of email data per account. (A bunch of technophobes, who want everything readily available.)

I have been asked to look at ways to enable mail to be archived, but be easily accessible by users.

Currently we just use Outlook to archive particular accounts and make local copies available of their pst file.

Any pointers gratefully received.
