I have two 4MP cams can't recall the model but they are still £89 on the forest place.
Trouble is i've since learned that they are terrible for motion detection and pixel based so anything will set them off such as light changes being the worst.
I've turned off motion detection and set them to record constant.
However does anyone know of a way to limit the amount of false alerts and have motion detection active still? I was thinking i just reduce the size of the trigger area but i really need them on the cars which are on the road and on the steps up to my front door.
Side note i have the hikvision app setup but over 4G the connection is awful its like a slide show is there a setting to reduce the quality of the stream? I've found one for main and sub stream in the NVR but it doesn't yield any results.
