The 2080 Super, hasn't got that much more cores than vanilla 2080, but higher clocks, and faster mem (i think), so will have to see, how much faster all that will put it above the vanilla, and how much behind the Ti, will be interesting.

I feel if the benchmarks are true that a 2070 SUPER offering near 1080Ti or pretty much 1080Ti performance for £500 is like the bargain of the century.
Lets remember the 1080Ti is a master class and absolute hulk in performance. :)

So 2060 Super is just below or around 2070 standard performance but above 2070 standard when using raytracing features.

2070 Super likewise is almost at 2080 standard performance (bit lower than the example above) and again does well with Raytracing on.

Looking forward to seeing real world prices and the 2080 Super reviews later this month.

My thought exactly. And a RTX 2080 is just around 5% faster than a GTX 1080Ti, so the RTX 2070S looks like a real good deal.

AMD trying to price their GPUs according to the nvidia equivalent...like they're doing with their CPUs.
Except that Nvidia has such a strong lead over them it doesn't work...unlike the CPU space where AMD is (going to be) more than competitive against Intel.

With the added "benefit" of ray-tracing (albeit useless) on nvidia cards, AMD has to undercut by some margin to stay competitive with the nvidia equivalent...

Exactly I think AMD have been caught here trying to be smart by maximising profit margins on their cards by pricing their competively with NVIDIA's old offerings then Nvidia have just pulled one over them. Offering the best performance and the best pricing with the newest features is surely going to be a difficult pill to swallow.
