Advice upgrade gaming pc

Hi all. Im looking for upgrade my pc and i would like some advice.
I will post my spec with some upgrades i want i need some advice for what else would i upgrade.

Grafic card: ASUS STRIX-GTX1070-O8G I want ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Advanced Edition 11 GB

Power supplier: Corsair CP-9020091-UK RM650X

CPU: INTEL Skylake Core i5 6600K 3.5Ghz I want Intel Core i9-9900K

RAM: 2x8GB 3200Mhz DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX

Motherboard: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming Motherboard I want One from Asus ROG

SSD: SAMSUNG 960evo

Cooler CPU: Cooler Master V8 GTS

Case: Corsair Air 540 Windowed ATX

Want else can i do and i need to do.

What are you asking exactly?
You have a PC and you seem to know what you want to replace current parts with?
