though i can imagine it could give some quite the scare. he has to be living close to where this happened though surely? i can only assume but i doubt you can just quickly slip in and out of one of those with ease and speed and you're not going to get far dressed like that without drawing attention.

It's all funny except for the part where he was coming at her and rubbing his crotch. That is disturbing His suit would probably massively inhibit him though, so that's a plus.
