This is a simple black case with motherboard support upto ATX... Front panel doesn't seem to have much intake though

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Yeah so definitely won't fit in the Prodigy case... How much bigger was the board compared to the Kolink case as its a micro ATX case

There's a Micro ATX version of the Prodigy:

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/bitfenix-prodigy-m-matx-cube-case-midnight-black-ca-141-bx.html

It's exactly the same size as the ITX version.

Alternatively, the Phenom is identical inside but plainer:

If small and plain is the aim, the Raijintek Styx is really nice:

You aren't the first to have an issue with the Kolink. The blurb on the page clearly isn't relaying the message that it only takes really small (to the point of being non-existent?) Micro ATX boards. The Mini DTX spec even allows for boards that are too large for the Sattelite.

i mentioned this before the satellite will only take the smallest of MATX Boards, and that means pretty much nothing beyond skylake?

Indeed. But it's the customer's fault

Standards exist to avoid this sort of nonsense. You buy a Micro ATX board and a Micro ATX case, and the two should fit together.

It seems a bit cheeky to list a case as "Micro-ATX" when a standard Micro-ATX board is 45% larger than the maximum size allowed by the case. The Satellite is a Mini-DTX/ITX case with a bit of spare room, which may allow a really small Micro-ATX board to fit. The majority of customers will just give the measurements a cursory glance and not understand the significance of a Micro-ATX case with a 226mm x 180mm limit.

Thanks for help! just placed an order for the Prodigy very nice case

As it's an inverted case with the same internal design as the Bitfenix Phenom M, it's worth flipping the side panels and feeding the power/reset/USB cables through the left side. Did it with my Phenom M and it made it tidier and easier to work in... almost feel like buying another mobo/cpu etc. so I can use the Phenom M again! Enjoy the Prodigy though, it's a cracking case.
