Heh, yes have a one year old, so yes the last year has been pretty much like a coma......

I know the 2080s came along, I just thought Nvidia kept previous generation a little bit longer, but that explains it nicely.

But then, given my username, I'm not sure why you're calling me 'fella' or 'he'..... You all in a coma or something......

Ok so next question - if I wanted to get 1080 ti level performance in the 2000 generation, what's the equivalent? 2070?

The 2070 is slower, but the 2070 Super is close enough.

They all went up in price & idiots bought them. The other idiots bought the new joke rtx range. The sensible people have held off (begrudgingly, but no other choice, markets a joke).
