I went with the team group 8pack 3200/cl14 as the 3600 was out of stock at the time and I've been really pleased with it, manually tuned to 3800/cl16 @1.42v with tight sub timings gave 64.5 Aida latency on my tomahawk max with r5 3600.
Overclocking is definetly worth it as improved scores over xmp by around 15% but does take a lot of time. I mostly play fps games so getting those extra frames and 1% lows up is always welcome.
