Take the money, personally. I just did the same with my business for a similar amount and it'll keep me going for the foreseeable - I also have a rental property and a couple of fingers in other pies for 'steady' income.

There's a lot to be said for being able to hang up the suit and kick back a little, did the deal just over 3 months ago and I'm so much more relaxed.
Similar age too, I'm 30!

I think I would be more inclined to do so if I had some property, for me personally I think I’m going to take the gamble and go for it!
