Here's my score for the OP Humbug.

Using the stock Wraith Prism cooler with a fan controller to run at a constant silent speed. No all core overclocking just enabled PBO.

Memory running at 3600Mhz CL16 tuned.

You're on the Score board, #18.
 
3950x up and running, ram @3600 nice and stable.
First CB R20 run with just PBO enabled, will do some more tweaking over Xmas.
