Noob question, does it matter if i do the settings in ryzen master or bios?

I run 4.2GHz at 1.225V. So around 0.1V under that recommended maximum.

I do all my overclocking via BIOS. Haven't went near Ryzen Master.

I went from 1.4v to 1.425v. 4.5GHz is not CB20 stable with that voltage, and I don't want to push it any higher.
For this kind of OC, I use me ghetto setup - AIO (H150) radiator inside an ice bath. Keeps temps below 90C
