psu recomendation

ok been watching psu videos all day and they not helping very much
currently running on corsair cx 500
mobo asrock b450 hdv
i have a ryzen 3600
gtx 1070ti
not overclocked
both stock and playing fortnite , rainbow6 and faf forever so i dont real have any need to overclock

oh ya ryzen seams to be running hot 52 idle and upto 80 loaded going to get a 35 quid cooler would this help over stock fan
