*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Got sick of waiting for my EVGA XC3 3080, saw a drop for FE3090's so im out now, it was despatched earlier and "should" be with me tomorrow

Probably in their pre-built systems. :(
Nope.

As both ScottiB and Gibbo have said repeatedly prebuilt stock is separate, Gibbo only posts about "retail" stock.

IIRC from what Gibbo has said in the past the cards don't necessarily all come in one box, so there might have been several boxes with them in, or they might have arrived on a different pallet that hasn't been fully booked in yet.

Just to brighten everyones day - you are not alone! Pity the poor Xbox X buyers whom Microsoft have just told won't be seeing any product at all until June at the earliest !

https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/xbox-series-x-to-remain-out-of-stock-until-at-least-june.html

Don't forget June is not a promise, it's the earliest any are likely to be shipped ! Many people voiced disatisfaction about Nvidia cards and said they were thinking about jumping into consoles, seems the other mans grass, and all that, but they might be in a worse position than PC gamers.

By the time you get your hands on one pc gpu's have moved on, again. Ada Lovelace will make the Xbox X look out of date.

What I meant was, are there any updates of where it is or if it has arrived at OCuk but hasn’t been sent out yet.
i am just asking to gain more info of when I could be expected to receive my card

Tomorrow’s queue update should give you an idea, unless you were under 10 in your last queue update? No news usually means there is no update, so may still be stuck in customs.

At this rate I'll have finished Cyberpunk 2077, and Played Escape from Tarkov both to death. Please NVidia and ASUS offer *riches untold* and sexual partners of their choice to your workers if they quadruple quality output of 3080's over the next month, please. Thank you.
Iv finished cyberpunk on my xbox one , it was a painful and frankly ruined experience it run like dog ***** lol I have pc fully set up ready for a graphics card I wish I had just waited to play cyber punk... On the bright side at least Microsoft flight simulator which I originally set the pc up for has had a few tweaks and updates!! I feel like when my graphics card turns up I'm going to feel like a kid at Christmas opening his presents from Santa! although at this rate I feel like this graphics card is going to be sent out and inherited by my great great grandchildren in 2077 lol

how do you find out where you are in the build queue?

You could do as I did. I ordered, waiting three weeks and then called just to see if they had a rough ETA, But I explained that I realise they cant guarantee it and was only asking for a ballpark as I was excited. I was polite and understanding, and I got a broad answer, but an answer none the less.
The agent I spoke to seemed quite happy to answer me and have a bit of a chat about things, probably because I was considerate and understanding to the fact they're very busy and stressed right now.

After that I left it for about a month and called again recently, just to check where I was in the queue, and I was given an answer there too and they very kindly upgraded me to an OC card; again- I had a nice chat with the guy and he seemed quite upbeat and happy, because I wasn't forceful or angry- just curious and understanding.

If you're going to call them try and understand that they're getting loads of calls a day- it could take up to 2 hours to get the phone answered, so do it when you have nothing pressing to do and can clean up or cook dinner or whatever while you wait, try and be patient, understanding, and dont take your frustrations out on the agents and you're far more likely to get help and understanding in return.

Treat them as you would wish to be treated, but dont pester them every week or so. That's my advice. :)

My PC is due to arrive next week, and Ive only called twice. Patience is a virtue.
