Lian-Li O11 Dynamic Midi-Tower are popular atm and they come in mini/xl as well.

A 650w psu is cutting it a bit close with a 3090

I was about to say something about it being stock when I noticed it was the watercooled one. Soooo Yer, I mean it will likely work, but I wouldn't be happy about it.

In answer to OP's actual question:
My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £273.28 (includes shipping: £12.30)

This is what I'd buy. I'm a bit of a sucker for the be quiet parts.

i like the look of that, i was eyeing the full tower bequiet case with charging port on top but it's a little rich. i like the look of that too as its a fractal esk non gerish case. sleek. and it has 3 massive fans so will be very cool.

Got his bad boy coming in but only worth it if your looking to fully custom watercool and want the best

Corsair 5000D is another solid choice along with Dynamic

AIO, eisbaer 360 and run pump at 100%

The 802 is a huge leap in case design for be quiet. I have the DB Pro 900, honestly I'd give anything for swappable front/top panel like the 802 purports.

I recently bought the ASUS TUF Gaming GT501VC and was very impressed by it. Would have been nice to have USB-C on the front panel though.

Nice design and also the layout inside was good for cable and component management. Much bigger than I expected and seems to have plenty of support for cooling.

Here's a link to the manufacturer site to show the specs, I hope this is allowed?: Specs Link
