I guarantee sub £200 GPUs will be available but they certainly won't be midrange and it won't be soon either. The 3060Ti is midrange and it's MSRP is £369.
For sub £200 you'd be looking at a 3050 with 4Gb vram. Or they might even bring out a new budget range called 2650ti and 2660 etc to replace the 1650ti and 1660 etc. Who knows.

Not going to see anything close to mid range for £200 until start of next cycle. Maybe retailers will be trying to get rid of 3060 LHR stock before the next big GPU launch, and it might drop to below MSRP, like when I bought my Dad's 2070 super for £299 the day after the 3080 launched.

Lol 3060-3070 is mid range and they are £600-£900 now
Sub £400 gets you a 1650 super or 1660 super second hand which is budget range
1050ti and below are peasant range

1050ti is not a bad 1080p card and you are looking at medium to high graphic levels. Considering I was picking up 2nd hand 1060's for around £100-£125 2019 it should be around that price brand new now.
Everything is about at least double in price what it should be.
eg 1650 Super I got for £165 brand new before Covid.

You'll never see another mid-range card at sub £200, be lucky to anything under £200 in the near future, even a crap card these days is basically half an x-box.

1650 super are only selling for £200 at auction right now which destroys a 1050ti

Agree, though never said it didnt! Assuming that is new and you want to trust that seller although its still overpriced.

eBay isn't a competitor. It's selling second hand goods. Plus ocuk don't have 1650 super in stock

People sell new goods on there. So do OCUK's competitors sell on there too. Anyway not me that will get you told off!
The problem is 'midrange' means different things to different people, as you can see from this thread. It's compounded a bit by having multiple generations of cards on sale concurrently - if you take midrange literally, you could say that 3070ti is the midrange, because you have 3060/3060ti/3070 below it and 3080/3080ti/3090 above it. However if you base it on performance across multiple generations of cards then it will be something weaker. It gets skewed by having more cards at the top end, because then the midpoint is higher but that's not really comparable to some prior generations where the top end cards weren't even that incredible.
There's other factors too, like there not really being much of a budget sector any more apart from ancient relics. Normally, you'd see cheapo cards coming out that cost perhaps £100 or less. This meant that a card costing £200-250 would be considered midrange. But if you don't have a budget sector in the traditional price range, does that mean the £200 price becomes budget?
