YouTube stuttering

I've had couple of android phones they're plenty fast enough, and connection is ok.

Occasionally YouTube stutters video slows down misses frames.

This is with stock YouTube and vanced youtube

Which device are you using?

Having the same issue on a OnePlus device. Started about 2 months ago after a phone software update I believe. Usually have to restart the phone to fix. PITA
