I'd buy the best Graphics card you can justify, then swsp out the 8600K for and 8700K if you can get one cheap enough, then leave the rest for another 12-18 months.

This would be the route I'd take as it would see you through the early DDR5 days till it matures and prices drop.

I don't think the 12700K is worth an extra £25 over the KF version.

Why would he need a £500 board ? There are boards for less than half the price that would be fine. Also the one you selected is DDR5, so DDR4 isn't going to work.

Overpriced Ram. You can get 32GB DDR4 for less. Of course you would need a DDR4 compatible board.

You can get a 1TB SSD for less. A Gen 4 isn't needed just for gaming, at least until Direct storage becomes more of a thing.

The cooler is also expensive and not really needed as the op already has a H100i. An Arctic Liquid Freezer would be much better value anyway.
