My tv has lately had this horizontal line on it that decendes down the screen. It's a 65 inch and the line takes about 10 seconds to get from top to bottom.

The line isn't visible, but what is happening is the part above the TV is refreshing at the full rate as it should, but what's below the line is refreshing at a slower rate.

What's weird, is that this only happens when playing my xbox series x on the TV. Nothing else causes this.

But, this xbox is moved between my tv and my computer in the study, and when in the study, I never get this issue when viewing on a 27inch monitor.

So as a result, I'm totally unsure what could be causing this problem.

Is it the TV or the xbox.

One thing to note, is that the xbox when playing from the TV, is stored inside a TV cabinet. I now have the doors open when I play on the xbox, however it took me a while to remember this and have played a about 10 times with the doors closed and it gers very hot, only noticing once I hear the fans really going.

Could this cause a problem? The xbox is only about 4 weeks old new from ms
