Hi there

With all the new GPU's released this year OcUK has shipped thousands of GPU's this year so far, we did over 10,000 units in March alone but not so many reviews are left which is a shame.
Would be great if people could post reviews of the GPU they purchased, their thoughts on it etc. good and bad to help guide other buyers who might be pondering which RTX 5090 or 9070 XT to buy etc.

Leaving a review is easy:
1. Find product you purchased on OcUK webshop
2. In top right of the product description click the review stars, this will scroll down the page automatically
3. Click Add Review

That is it. :)
 
Different industry - but we found incentivising reviews was really the only way to ensure that you would get a good volume of responses. It didn't matter if it was a good or bad review, leave a review and you get a 5% discount code or free shipping on your next order.

Otherwise we found that you're limited in how many reviews you get - and even then you only get two types of review; ones where people have had an awful experience and want to let everyone know, or the complete opposite and you end up with nothing but slightly OTT overwhelming praise.

We should be encouraged really considering we already get free shipping.

Already left the review on the OCUK diabolical 9070 XT launch.

Constant server crashes
Buggy checkout
Minimal capcha testing on the site
Servers that appear to be running dialup connection from India.
Terrible after sale care.
Not to mention the traffic calming measures that done sweet fa.

lets not go on.
 
I left these two 1-star reviews for the Sapphire Pulse 7900XT and the 'B-grade' one. I'm curious if they let it display later:

This Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT Pulse that I purchased had a manufacturing defect that prevented the card from loading the VBIOS at low temperatures (cold boot)
Overclockers replaced it with a 'B Grade' Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT Pulse that has horrible coil whine. They refused to replace that one, stating that coil whine is not a hardware fault.

I received this 'B Grade' Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT Pulse as an RMA replacement for a faulty one. It has horrible coil whine that I can hear from the other room. Overclockers refused to replace it, stating that coil whine is not a hardware fault.
 
just submitted a review for the sapphire pure 9070xt
which im rather happy with [the card not the review i havnt done a review of my review yet but i guess i probably should now or il be accused of being all talk and no action lol]
