What is your passion?

Freelance photography since 20012 maybe bit earlier, but more recently in content creation which has picked up well and have a big talk show style series project in the works so that's my new passion I suppose.

L/C/S etc etc.
You can't fool me; future time-travelling AI bot!

When I joined this forum in 2010 computers and gaming would have been top of the list but nowadays its poker and inline rollerblading I find it impossibly challenging, scary and painful but I love it.

I'm one of those that has, unfortunately, let basically anything that brings me joy (and as a result, could develop in to a passion) drop to the side lines as I've grown older. It's a bloody terrible idea. You eventually start to forget what you even like, or even how to like things. Do not recommend.

Mid life crisis? Probably.
This hit home with a whallop.

It's a risk I'm willing to take.

I've gone off you now.
By the early 90s I had over 3000 vinyl albums and by 2010 I had given every single one away except 5 'rare' ones in my attic.
I have zero idea why people want to listen to music in an inferior way when you now have proper DACs and triple hybrid in-ears where it sounds like the band are in the same room.
There, that's me being toxic.

I like with vinyl how I'll listen to the album, start to finish, without distraction. Whereas from other sources I'll tend to multi-task or skip tracks.
It's more of a ritual thing. :).

Golf I suppose - Love playing it, geeking out about all the technical side of things as well.
Heading quickly towards the big 50 next year and would love to get my handicapp down to scratch (0)

100% same here. I think it's because I had so much joy in childhood. Adulthood will likely never compare.

You may or may not be interested, but "Why nothing brings you joy anymore - Alan Watts" video on you tube brought me some comfort, in understanding why I feel this way.

But to answer the question. Quite simply, being out doors in nature, away from people on a warm sunny day is my passion.

Just had two normal size ones for breakfast with nothing else.

Me and my wife love people watching when we're in airports, on holiday etc, I prefer it to looking at my phone.

Yeh i love people watching in airports and trainstations :p

I could kill hours before a flight just sitting there or walking around and having a nose :p
