Today I had a croissant for breakfast.
For lunch I'll have lasagne and fries.
At some point I'll eat the 2 pack of eclairs in the fridge.
For dinner prolly just peanut butter on toast.

Bacon & egg sammich for breakfast, 2 packs of crisps & 2 bananas + some gummie type sweets pre lunch, chicken or tuna pasta salad and half a bar of chocolate for lunch, 2 more crisps/bananas mid afternoon, then a full cooked meal for tea followed by half tub of ice cream.
5 11” & 12 stone with the physique of a racing snake.

A bacon roll for breakfast, half a tin of soup & roll for lunch then dinner around 6.

6ft 1 and 92kgs, I get told I dont eat enough as well <shrug> Need to save those calories for the red wine ;)

Usually start the day around 6.30am with a coffee, then get on the laptop and work, most days this consumes me until around midday when I start thinking I'm hungry. I'll have 3 or 4 eggs, maybe with a slice of toast and then that's often me until dinner, I eat very well at dinner !! If I was working a physically job I would need to eat though I bet, id probably do my day in reverse (except the coffee part !) 6'1" 100kg, no one ever told me I don't eat enough :D

Cup of coffee with cream in the morning

2 egg omelette with some cheese and ham, and 4 strips of crispy bacon around 11-12pm

Then dinner around 6-7, whatever GreenChef has delivered...

I always have the same breakfast and lunch when working from home.

Breakfast:
Porridge. It had 155g of Quaker oats, 39g of Myprotein unflavoured impact whey, 270ml of whole milk, 80g of blueberries and 130g of banana. Works out at about 1,000 caloires.

Lunch:
Omelette. 20g butter 221g egg 33g pilgrams extra mature cheddar cheese35g tesco baby leaf salad100g of tomato. Works out at about 650 calories.

Dinner:
This harder to give examples of,. But will be home made and around 750 calories as a estimate.

I'll have a couple bits more fruit throughout the day. Plus a few teas. Expect 300-400 more calories here.

I eat between 3-3.5k calories a day. People often underestimate calories in good whole foods. UPF is calorie dense but also easy to over eat. Over eating wholefoods is physically difficult.

I'm 184cm 97kg but I'm very lean too (sub 15% bf).

I have 5 meals a day mainly I don't tend to snack as much these days, but of course do if I'm hungry (nuts, protein shake, Greek yoghurt with fruits, that sort of thing).

I tend to eat around 6 or 630am.
11am
1pm
4pm
7pm

On days where I'm out and about I'll eat less frequently but have bigger meals or snack more.

Used to be:

Breakfast: Nescafe cappucino sachet and 2 bourbon biscuits.
Lunch: Co-Op meal deal. Ham and Cheese wrap, saussie roll and diet coke.
Dinner: whatever wifey was cooking and then treats after!

Now:

Breakfast: Protein shake.
Lunch: Either a protein bar or sandwich at home and a protein drink.
Dinner: whatever wifey was cooking, but smaller portions and no treats.

Sounds to me like OP is doing well, people just like to moan and point out flaws to make themselves feel better. Tell co-worker to take your name out their god damn mouth.

Unless someone is a nutritionist or other health professional, you can safely ignore their advice on the quantity of food you eat :D Over 60% of the country is overweight, so nutrition understanding in the country has gone to the dogs.
