We all know, and I think you do, anyone with more braincells than Trump, knows that it is NOT cat videos they are looking for. It is the negative opinion anyone said about him.

Of course the rebuttal would be, they also also looking for terrorists too. Well Duh!

But we can't shake the feeling that isn't this what the NSA and Homeland security is for? All these social media companies (unless you are in China) are American anyway and they all are under his thumb.

Scaremongering...sounds like the defence for Brexit when it was going on. I am not that smart but I do remember how that turned out and how all those "scaremongering" came true.

Back to TRAVEL...I wouldn't go to the US again for as long as they have him or anyone who is like him in charge, not voluntarily.

even though NSA could find the info , you could now be accused of lying if you misrepresent your social situation

Starmer / EU could always reciprocate with like - do we really want those people visiting the cotswolds etc.

It’s the typical right wing playbook. Deny, deflect and accuse everyone else of doing what they’re planning or have already done.

Freedom of speech only applies while you’re agreeing with them, while they go on a tame media platform to scream about being ”cancelled” when there’s a permanent open spot on the Fox sofa waiting for them.

It sounds conspiracy theorist, but I wouldn't even bother trying to go now.
Who knows what "gotcha" they might find. Insurance won't cover it. You'd be stuffed.
Or to change the rules just as you're heading to the airport.

Theres a whole world out there to see, if one country doesn't want me, there are plenty of others to go see.

Phone numbers used in the last 5 years.

Absolutely mental I was thinking of going next year but this it so over the top I hope people don't go.

Will see how things go for me in February, when I did my ESTA renewal, it did ask for social links, but I only provided my Twitter (which I don't use) and my LinkedIn.

My facebook account has a different name, so didn't bother with that.

Will just need to uninstall telegram and facebook on my phone, and likely log out of this forum and reddit just in case.

No mention of DNA, not sure I have a choice if that comes up at customs.
