Pretty much

Chopped onion X1 and crushed garlic X3
Fry off
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Harissa paste to taste
Chicken breast or thighs
Sprig or two of rosemary
In a large pot

Oven at 180 for about 45mins

Lid off

Another hour

Serve with cous cous, made with veg stock and a dash of lemon juice

Pan toasted flaked almonds, pine nuts and pistachios stirred through the cous cous

Serve

Sprinkle over pomegranate seeds

Enjoy

No pictures, because its ugly - Spiced Celeriac & Parsnip soup.

Cut an onion, head of celeriac, potato & parsnip into cubes, air fry for 20 minutes, blend with hot stock, add curry powder then simmer for 10 minutes.

Served mine with a toasted onion bagel for the most offensive breath possible.
