How much do you eat on a work day ?

Just asking as someone at work reckons I don't eat enough, so i am.6ft 2 190 (edit 90) something kilos.good muscle mass and it's a physical job.

Breakfast/ nothing just coffee with oat milk
11am 2.humus salad wraps

That's it until 5.45pm , then that's it untill 11am next day
If you have no other significant Calories coming in, including booze and sugary fizzy drinks plus snacks, I don't know how you are getting by on so little.

I guess it depends on how physical your job is (in a gin making warehouse?) and don't you go walking around beeches regularly?

Is this a recent diet change and you have some excess weight to lose?

well there's the 800 grams of nuts on a weekend , a 6 pack of lentil snacks and 2 bottles of red but really that's the only spike, i don't do sugar, biscuits ect and the walks are over 20k but that's the reason for the thread tbh as my ex and workmates say i eat like a mouse , also my sis has underactive thyroid without making this medical

Quite a lot, but then I do walk between 20 and 35km per shift, quite often lugging around 400kg beds, so need the fuel.

Breakfast: Usually 3x buttered crumpets, a bowl of cereal and a couple of buckets of coffee
Second breakfast: When I get to work I'll grab some buttered toast and more coffee
Lunch: homemade sandwiches and a pasta salad.
Evening snack: Pint of milk and a chocolate bar.
Dinner: Smoothie with loads of calories. Gold top milk, scoop and half of Gold Standard protein whey, bananas, peanut butter, chocolate spread, honey and a handful of whatever frozen fruit I have in (currently strawberries).
Throughout the day I'll be constantly snacking on fruit, chocolate, cakes and sweets.

That's 2-3 days of calories so probably does go some way to balancing out the smaller weekday eating. An extra 800kcals a day if you split it over 7 days.

today i have had

3 x toast, 2 hash browns, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, mushrooms, beans - one apple, one orange

hunters chicken - chips, peas - packet of crisps, 2 chocolate bars (yorkie and a starbar)

For the last probably 20 years I have pretty much just had a couple of biscuits around 10am and then three cereal bars for lunch, seems to suit me,I work in it and at a desk a lot so don't won't to overdo it. I usually have cereal in the morning and a decent meal in the evening.

Sunday roast this thursday was converted to

Xmas roast dinner
i was stuffed

I also had crisps and a bar of yorkie

Bloody hell I eat a hell of a lot more than many of you! I am 5 '10 74kg, i'll gain or lose 2kg depending on discipline and habbits which for me can vary and I do a lot excerise so that's how I justify the extra cakes :p.
