If you have no other significant Calories coming in, including booze and sugary fizzy drinks plus snacks, I don't know how you are getting by on so little.Just asking as someone at work reckons I don't eat enough, so i am.6ft 2 190 (edit 90) something kilos.good muscle mass and it's a physical job.

That's it until 5.45pm , then that's it untill 11am next day

I guess it depends on how physical your job is (in a gin making warehouse?) and don't you go walking around beeches regularly?
Is this a recent diet change and you have some excess weight to lose?
That's 2-3 days of calories so probably does go some way to balancing out the smaller weekday eating. Quite a lot, but then I do walk between 20 and 35km per shift, quite often lugging around 400kg beds, so need the fuel.
