Post your christmas bonus

No bonuses here as we're not target-driven, but everyone got £100 Sainsburys voucher. Can't complain really, pays for a big shop.

£100, not technically a bonus for Christmas but a bonus to every employee for hitting high end of year targets.

£0.

Bonuses are based on the company and personal performance at the end of the financial year. I received a bonus of 40K CHF, 60K USD in RSUs.

CFO just dropped of a bottle of Jack Daniels :D also got a £50 Amazon voucher off the new MD for making her so welcome.......

We get our bonus tonight, A note on the canteen wall advises the box of goodies weight in excess of 18kg and if you need help getting it to our car, you only have to ask. I don't drive.

The Supervisor has told us the box contents are pretty much the same as last year. pot noodle, croutons, balsamic vineger, bread mix, fettuccine, spaghetti, cous cous, a few other bits and pieces.

Doesn't sound too exciting but with our company now coming under the wing of Prince's/New Prince's (or whatever), I can't help but get excited about the possibility of the inclusion of a tin of tuna.

Can't remember the last time I saw a Christmas bonus from a company, no matter how rich or profitable they were. Maybe 2008? Everything just seems to go to the CEO/Execs these days.

They did pay for a Christmas dinner though, including booze.
What is strange for the bug tech company I work for, bonuses and stock afe still decent and salaries continue to grow above inflation. But somehow there is literally zero budget for a Christmas party, not even a few drinks and snacks in the offices.

Got £500 this year paid into this months wage, sounds good on paper but after tax and deductions i end up with probably around £250 of it.

Sometimes, we get some cash also on our last day which is next tuesday(maybe around £100), so i am hoping for that. But i am doubtful. The cash if i get it will go straight to fill the car with petrol and the weeks food shop.

£1500 which I've asked them to dump straight into my pension, and I won a raffle for a hamper which was a nice unexpected bonus!

Maybe they just can't be bothered to host one and they're using budget as an excuse.
