Hi all

I've been looking to get something booked for my son's 10th Birthday up in London, been looking at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! He's always wanting to go and stay around Big Ben, London Eye etc and then be close to the Aquarium and what was and still maybe the Shrek museum.

One night only but he will wake up on the 16th Feb, his birthday in a special place bless him

Anybody had experience of this hotel or have any recommendations of any around that area please

Thank you

I have stayed in the Park Plaza County Hall several times which is directly behind the Westminster plenty of times. It's a great location for all the attractions you have mentioned as well as being basically on the Southbank you can walk along the thames as well down to Bankside (London Bridge) in not much time either.

Thanks for the reply I'll take a look at that one aswell, might be a good alternative...

Cheers

Stayed there literally dozens of times although not recently within the last 2-3 years. I noticed service and quality drop off during that time. But in general it's a top hotel with great food , variety of restaurant and nice rooms etc. Great location. But it's quite expensive. One of my preferred places to stay in London if I was in that area. Also stayed in the hotel mentioned above Country Hall a few times, IMO not as good as Park Plaza but I guess it depends what you want.

I will have a look at the others listed, I checked train prices last night and nearly fell out of bed  extortionate
