Returning to Cyberpunk 2077 now that my new PC can play it with Path Tracing enabled (never finished it). Bought Space Marine 2, Star Wars: Outlaws and Assassin Creed: Shadows during the Steam Winter sale.

Waiting to build my HOTAS setup but I really want to play MechWarrior 5: Clans, Ace Combat 7 and Star Wars: Squadrons. I have so many more titles in my library that I want to return to now that my rig can run them with max graphics.

I’ve been enjoying (and hating in equal amounts) Darkest Dungeon 1.

I’m now looking for games like it as I seem to enjoy them, any recommendations?

There were other games too I think? In the same jewel cases and style that HL/OpFor/Blueshift came in. But i dont recall, again there might be some hiding in my loft :)

Apart from TF2, which I still love and play regularly, I've just downloaded Hogwarts Legacy (because why not, it was free!), so I'll be having a little go at that over Chrimbo, and I'm also trying to get myself into BG3 as well.

This week I managed to play and complete Resident Evil 7 (this game was tense, especially the first few hours, very scary :D but I really enjoyed the whole game overall), I then played Resident Evil Village which I also enjoyed. Right now I am playing Dead Space remake. I guess it's a horror week, my backlog is so big but I am finally playing some of the games that I managed to get super cheap over the last few months.

HROT: playing a level here and there in between Morrowind and other titles.
There's a demo on Steam, should you wish to try it (or there was when I last looked! :D)...

I got Christmas holiday vibes from this post, thanks!

That’s some high quality horror gaming you’re doing there.

This year I had only really played 3 games, Frost punk what I love and planning on buying the 2nd one in the steam sale. Battlefield 2042 and 6. Got my eyes on frost punk 2, a new rpg but there are so may to choose from and Doom dark ages if it at seasonable price?

Anyone dare share their steam account lifetime spend?

I took a huge break from gaming so mine will be pretty low, but I’ve seen some between £15-30k over 20 + years!
