Budget home office PC advice.

Hi, I want to build an office PC for my son, so, if you don't mind, I'd like a bit of advice please.

I don't need monitors, mouse or keyboard and I was hoping to use an old Chieftec mid tower case that I have, if possible but if not, I'd go new again.
He needs duel display BTW
He won't be gaming, just a decent build.

Budget about £700.

Uses? If not gaming then any video/image editing? Any particular needs re: RAM or storage? If you don't need a GPU then the world is your oyster really as if you need dual display you could either use an old GPU you have or buy a cheap n cheerful one purely for output.

If it's only for office work, you may as well look at what Dell, HP etc have to offer, then you can save money and desk space with a SFF model.

I'd be looking at these rather than building. Have a look at Dell Outlet.

My video edit PC ( thanks to the help from this forum) uses 32GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 and its flying for me so, DDR4 would have been my choice.
The PC would have been for a busy home office business.
Storage 1TB for system will be fine, I can add extra internal storage myself later.

I used to have an old GPU somewhere but of course I can't find it. Would you still get a driver for the old ones?

What cheap one would you suggest?
