I’ve got a new system which includes a 5070ti (full specs in sig below). I prefer a 3 monitor setup as it's better for me arranging screens, compared to an ultrawide single monitor, for work (very basic office stuff). The primary use of the PC and monitors is gaming.

I currently have 3 x Dell U2414H Monitors in Nvidia Surround. However, there's significant screen tearing with the new system which I can't solve by tweaking the settings, so I suspect I'll need to get G-Sync monitors as that will hopefully sort out the screen tearing(?).

What I'm looking for is:
  1. Probably 24" (27" may be too big/need too much GPU power?).
  2. The monitors will connect to the 15070ti via 2 x Displayport (inc main monitor) and 1 x HDMI, as I need the 3rd displayport for a Valve Index headset.
    1. Will G-Sync work with the 1x HDMI? (Does it matter?).
    2. Will it need to be HDMI 2.0 or 2.1? Will it need a special cable?
  3. VESA mounts.
  4. Thin-ish side bezels.
  5. Ideally FreeSync compatible too in case I change to an AMD card in the future (though not essential).
I'm looking at about £100-125(ish) for each monitor.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the link. In terms of G-Sync monitors, I was looking at the ASUS TUF Gaming VG259QM5A 24.5” , which is currently on offer 1t £128.99, or even the ASUS TUF Gaming VG249Q5A 23.8” at £88.99.

I suppose my question was really is there a monitor in that price bracket that will do what I want it do in a 3x set-up. i.e. what specs do I need to look for?

I've never had a G-Sync monitor, so my main queries are whether they would be likely to solve the screen tearing problem as well as compatibility with the HDMI connection?
