Shoving and jostling in the penalty area like every defender does every game and clearly isn’t going for the ball with his arms. Not rocket science, is it?

It doesnt matter if he's "going for it" with his arms or not. It isnt a natural position and he's making his body bigger. Not rocket science, is it?

Newcastle is pressing really hard at the moment. United barely can get into midfield and then being forced back and they just boot it long.
So how would you propose people defend then? Puff their chests at each other? You’re just being strangely difficult and I don’t really understand why. What you’re saying is people can’t push at each other and then the attacking side can just punt the ball at anyone who did dare shove someone.
Can’t see us equalising, never mind winning it.
That price is essentially irrelevant in modern football and especially for MUFC. And also I think his price was based on potential, not current skills. It was clear to see what's what before we bought him...

Im not saying that at all, just dont be shocked if by having your arm out when a ball hits it you get a penalty against you.
Its pretty much the case in the majority of hand ball penalties, just because they are pushing another player is irrelevant.
True. I guess that’s the issue in and of itself. No consistency, UK ref standards varying wildly etc
