1.27 XG vs 1.18 XG Are you STATMANDAVE from twitter by any chance?
BBC says 1.17 1.18 are you really saying that 1.27 is a lot better than 1.17?!

Maybe we would player better without Burno there, he's definitely better when playing in his proper position. Why the focus on him and not others? Dalot, Case, Zirkzee to name a few.

I watched the game I don't go off BBC or Sky sports Stats  Oh without a doubt they is not just Bruno that's the problem other players could do better and they is some there that should not be playing for the club and should move on. But for people that stick up for Bruno saying we can't be without him blah blah he's so good he's bang average he has good games but I see a lot of negatives than positives in his play.

No player is bigger than the team.

Bruno's stats speak for themselves whether or not you trust them. He's practically carried the club on his back for years now. And now he's playing out of position.

He says in the interview above that waving his arms is just his way of expressing himself - he's also not always moaning but still waving his arms. He quite rightly points out that when Keane had a go at player he was applauded (especially with rose tinted glasses on).

Also, maybe we looked better (at times) because the team was playing a formation that the players are more comfortable with?
3-4-3 what we have been playing at the start the players was no way near fit enough when he first took over the club and the players profiles don't suit the 3-4-3 he needs a clearout and money backing him for that formation at UTD to work in his favour

must have watched a different game to me apart from halls belter ( there best chance ) never really looked like scoring could still be playing now and they wouldn't of scored.

Wow, I must have watched a different game too, because the only reason Utd didn't concede at least one, was almost entirely down to Newcastles failings and some last-ditch defending from Utd.

I saw absolutely nothing to suggest Utd are better without Bruno. At best, it showed they can pull together and try to cope without him. But nothing more than that, imo.

Personally, I find the lack of recognition by some of the outstanding +ve contribution that Bruno makes to utd, week in week out, puzzling.

The only other guy currently at utd that *might* dream some day to be able to do something similar is Mount. He has really impressed me when he has been on. But he is prone to injury, and it's something he likely can do little about.

Bruno can definitely come across as a cry-baby, and sulky, and goes down regularly like someone just took a hatchet to him (which is frustating as a fan, and takes some of the shine off him), but up until a couple of weeks ago he has been bullet proof in terms of injuries, that in itself is a great asset, never mind his chances created.

On a different point, coming out of last week's round of games in 6th place was a bit of a miracle.

Shame he’s not staying in some (cheaper) capacity. I think we’ll miss his experience and obvious passion for the game.

He always comes up with the odd goal here and there. Always been a model professional and despite the stick he has gotten in the media has kept himself to himself. He has been one of our best players this season too. Good luck to him wherever he goes as he still has a good few years left in the tank yet.
