PGR3 OcUK Race Tonight?

Wow..20 years! Was great fun playing...it was such a popular game on launch and we always had full lobbies. I was HeyMikeyYoMikey back then! I remember trying to make jumps out of bounds on the tracks too. Good times.

Now I cannot remember what I went downstairs for anymore but I do remember that wasn't your GT during PGR3. It was the one that started with MrC**** (hidden the rest because you likely changed it for a reason) PGR3 was the first online game I ever played on console and that era of 360 gaming despite connection issues was the peak of gaming for me. To be able to live that again but with todays connection speed would really be something :D

Gaming has changed so much now, I watch the games my son plays and it's all online shooters, he's barely played a story driven single player in 10 years. I keep trying to point him to some absolute classics and it's wasted breath. Gaming is one area I believe far too much choice has not been a good thing.

My 10 year old is pretty much addicted to the usual, Fortnite, Roblox and Minecraft. He dabbles in FC26 and COD from time to time. I bought him Arc Raiders, Rust (his request) and Gears of War remastered for Xmas and he hasn't touched them

Yeah they play a much different way to us. Gears I get, it hasn't aged well. I did a Gears 1-3 play though with my son and he humored me. He did play a few Gear 5 horde matches with me in covid and tells me when Gears 6 comes out he's going to play it but I know he will carry on with his usual cycle of Minecraft Fortnite Fifa and Cod.
