Pan fried chicken supreme, parmesan and gruyere dauphinoise, maple bacon, BBQ relish.

Was pretty blooming tasty!


Earlier in the week had venison and pork faggots, which was also rather yummy.
Have some french colleagues over, so been taken them out to local pubs.

Best meal we have had for a good while in Brighton, staff were chatty and hospitable, very relaxing and an all-round good experience.
