Anyone got any suggestions on where i can take some of the premium bonds funds to invest elsewhere? that is non taxible (cant be cash isa, cant be S&S ISA)

Want a decent monthly return or quarterly return, im going to try one more trick and thats withdraw some of the PB funds and re-invest back in, to see if it gives it a kickstart, othetr than that, its not a good place to make money at the moment, returns are rubbish recently
