I'm quite puzzled here as I read from Gigabytes' website that Preslers aren't supported on the GA-8N-Sli royal motherboard yet on other websites people seem to be running them. The same goes for the D955 XE and the SLi Quad royal motherboard where Gigabyte says its not supported yet someone on another fourm is running one @ 6GHz..

If it is possible then how does the D930 Compare to the D830 in terms of performance, overclocking and heat generation and if it is worth getting this one until I upgrade to conreo or whatever in january 2007.
