I made a thing a few times before, been a while, but like tins of mixed beans, rice, ginger, chilli, garlic, chicken stock, coconut milk, carrots, aubergine and spring onions. I don't have a recipe sorry because I just wing it. Ends up like a bean and rice stew.

The spicier the better for ginger beer! Especially good if it’s served really cold!

Ginger beer is vile. I accidentally drank some once as a child and that was the last time. Very popular with the Famous Five. Perhaps now, as I have ruined my pallet, should try it again.
