Noob question - Virgin Media - which router for 2.5GB port

Still find it highly amusing that almost no-one with VM has the new SuperHub5, which includes a 2.5gb ethernet connection. If you are stuck with the Hub4, then you are essentially capped at 1gb anyway (presuming you are running it in modem-only mode, and not doing some fancy magic with running...

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

Ended up ordering the Drop + MiTo DCP Pegaso keycaps. Found the missing keys for my Tai-Hao set, but some keys are still quite loose so ended up using some offcuts of spare films to plug the gaps - seems to work well as a short term solution.

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

Wangle - I agree, and this keyboard is a daily driver and worth the investment for a good key set. I had no issue with my Tai-Hao set, but its just not gripping these switches and did not work properly with this layout anyway. Would love to sort some GMK keys eventually, but most likely will be...

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

Not sure if it is my Zilents, didn't have the issue with my old Gateron silent whites. I have a set of HK Gaming Double shot pbt puddings, but really not a fan of these as the lettering is iffy to say the least, and its not an ISO-UK Set. Might test to see how well it fits as a stop gap...

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

Got my GMMK Pro Iso on Saturday, just got around to lubing the remainder of my 62g Zeal Aqua Zilents (although half still need the KDBFANS Switch films), and have put it all together today. Overall impressions are good, although clearly needs some modding to get the most out of it. Needs more...

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

I was told 23/07 for Black ISO I pre-ordered on 19th March. Would normally be gagging but as a new dad, I still have not found the time to finish lubing and filming my custom Zeal switches

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

I was holding out for the GPBT keycaps, as the ABS keycaps they did were not have bad (and a bargain at the price). Sadly the new Glorious PBTs are not shinethrough, not (at least yet) available in UK-ISO, are not double shot, and some reviews pointed to the lettering being a bit flakey and...

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

I got the standard UK ISO ABS keycaps from Glorious (thanks OCUK) for my GMMK keyboard - the build quality is very good, and the price was inexpensive. Replaced now with some Tai Hao PBTs, but had to get replacement spacebars and enter keys as the first ones that arrived were so warped that they...

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

Pre-ordered the black GMMK Pro. Will OCUK be stocking the new Glorious PBT keycaps as well perchance?

New GMMK Pro - mechanical keyboard

Is OCUK going to start accepting pre-orders on these? Cant wait for the ISO version to be released and get my hands on it. The youtube videos Glorious put up for the sound have received somewhat negative reviews, but I would be thinking of going Zilent V2s so not looking at clicky or tactiles...

Will OCUK stock the Gigabyte 3080 Waterforce cards

Wondering if OCUK are going to stock these cards? Very interested in this proposition, happy to pre-order and wait (know its not even been released to market yet)

    RGB Fans

New build in a 011-D is completed, but it is a bit dark and dull when viewed through the side window. Looking at either RGB strips and/or RGB fans to brighten things up. Couple of questions on the fans: Are there any RGB fans which illumate when used as intakes rather than exhausts? Are...

    Adding RGB to 011D

Pretty sure there are multiple RGB headers on the Aorus Master, although sadly I don't think I can integrate this with Razer Synapse :( Was wonderng if there were any particular strips that were good, or whether adhesive was better than magnetic, etc, etc...

    Adding RGB to 011D

I was not planning on adding RGB to my build, but after putting together all the components and completing the build it does look rather dark inside the case, especially with so much on display. Any recommendations? Is it just a case of buying some strips and working out where to put them? Any...

    Mobo for 9900K ?

There is a new version of the bios out for the z390 Aorus Master. On the stock bios I could not boot with my team group 4133 ram, even at 2400, but with the new bios, I have no problems running at 4133 :)

Topping up liquid in a LT360

Update: If anyone is interested in extending the Eisbaer CPU cooler to include the Eiswolf, on the first batch of LT360s the quick connects are incorrectly positioned on the intake rather than the outtake. This means that the pump on the GPU is fighting the pump on the CPU as they are both...

Topping up liquid in a LT360

Thanks LuckyBenski. I think I will go with some basic distilled or maybe the Mayhems ultra pure h20 (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/mayhems-ultra-pure-h2o-watercooling-fluid-1l-wc-004-mh.html). Its probably only 10ml or so I need to add, so unlikely to diluate whatever mix is in there already...

Topping up liquid in a LT360

Got my 9900k from OCUK and have been trasnsfered my Alphacool LT360 and Eiswolf GPU cooler (1080Ti) to the new rig in the Razer 011D that I got from OCUK a while back in anticipation of my new build. The LT360 and Eiswolf worked a treat in my old rig (4690k), but I have now changed the location...
