Them extra pads might make it sit not right. I would remove them and put the right size pads in also.

Did the titan have slightly higher clocks out of the box? Think i read they were better binned chips so clock higher too

You want it to go faster with less juice? If you undervolt and it lowers temps it can go faster. But only if it has enough volts in the first place.

Is it definitely coming from your GPU. A psu can also do it. I didn't notice it on this PSU i have until i upgrade the gpu and now its pulling more power. Anyway, i have read that if you loop a stress test like furmark for a while it can 'bed them in' not sure how true that is tho

depends what your into, i like starwars and marvel. if you have young kids its good to. i wouldnt sign up to a monthly sub tho.
