Have you transplated the leads also? Faulty lead or pin will cause the rig not to boot. Happened to me with a damaged 8 pin pcie lead to GPU.

Problem solved thanks all. Faulty cable mods cable to the GPU was causing the system not to boot. Replaced with the spare and good to go. Frustrating I didn’t find that earlier as I wouldn’t have had to rip my lovely cable management to pieces!

For reference they are cable mod cables so I’m going to try the seasonic ones now and rule out faulty cable set
