Stock 7970 will beat it with ease. Overclock it to 1250 and you shouldnt look back. Anyway this will be a good card for nvidia loyalists;)

579Euros is crazy overpriced.

In the past i did that. Unfortunately the new cards will arrive to Turkey at a later date. The point i was making is testing the card on a single game would not justify its premium over previous generation cards.

I agree, metro 2033 bench would also be a good test to compare the cards!

@Gibbo I am not flaming you or anything but i say that displaying results for only 1 game may lead into wrong impression regarding this new high end card hence i call it a risky move. Youre kind enough to give tests for this game but not everyone is going to play BF3 only and ATI Catalyst team...

They should have released all benchmarks buddy. Only displaying BF3 results doesn't give a clear picture regarding 7970 imo.

Unfortunately OVERCLOCKERS.uk's 7970 review is terrible. sorry folks.. You should have done benchmarks with at least 5games. 7970's clearly have driver issues with BF3 and that is only game you have been posting which gives hopes to gtx580 owners clearly and not justifying the new cards...
