Was that policy in place when you bought the screen? If that’s a new policy I’d argue the case, it’s always worth querying rather than just accepting

Played through Alien Isolation which is dark in areas and I’ve not noticed that, first of me hearing about this

Mid way through Alien Isolation now, although I played this years ago now the Deck has me doing another play through. The game looks and runs flawlessly and showing a solid 90fps :cry: Also, I just bought Uncharted in the sale as it said it was Deck Verified, will be checking that out next

I doubt there’s much of a real difference between those gpus with a 5900x. I wouldn’t entertain an eco mode on the cpu...

I think you’d need to install windows to load it but I doubt the experience will be good enough as Epic don’t support the deck

If concerned with burn-in then just make sure you get one from a manufacturer that offers a burn in warranty Just look at the Monitors Unboxed reviews, oled monitors are on another level…

Not had any hassle with my Asus mesh network, solid connection to the Deck out the box

I’d stick to 1440p at 27” 34” ultrawide (3440x1440) is possibly worth a look, it’ll be roughly the same height as your 27 but it’ll add a bit more screen estate to the sides. Granted 21:9 isn’t for everyone

With that curve, even worse text, no burn in warranty and price difference I’m not surprised :)

so far I’ve only ever used Air Pods with the Deck, I doubt I’ll ever use the 3.5 Jack

I’ve not noticed any audio crackle from my unit over a 2 week period of use, any audio tests to check?

I done a few big game downloads recently by docking the deck, it switches the screen off that way

I’ve not noticed that with mine, unless it’s a game specific feature it’s definitely sounds like a fault. So far I think it’s pretty slick, my only gripe is the top USB port, it would be far better being at the bottom for docking purposes. The dock works pretty well though and switches over to...

The screen looks awesome bare and more than likely feels better to touch :cool:
