Photoshop can benefit from 1GB vram since CS4. (512MB vram would struggle) CUDA plays an important role in Premiere. With at least 96 CUDA cores and a minimum of 1GB vram, you can get acceleration and even the low end Pentium platform can edit HD. If you use AMD cards it's not gonna be smooth...

For mobile processor like i7-2620M, I get 5.8 for Graphics, and 6.2 for Gaming graphics. No idea about desktop IGP. But don't take it seriously as WEI is BS.

Latest leaks suggest that a top 28nm single GPU can score P45,000+ in 3DMark Vantage. If this is true I doubt your TRI-FIRE can stand against that. :)

I read somewhere that the old overclocking in CCC could still take effect on the new card. Have you disabled all overclocking on the old card before you removed it?

Thank you for showing that you don't know both SLI and CrossfireX support up to 4 GPUs. Then you should ask why kissenger posts BS about 2560x1600. Almost no one would question the advantage of 3GB vram at that res.

^^ That review is known to be questionable. It's already known that a valid result at 2560x1600 should look like this: I've been challenging those 1.5GB users for long and I've never seen a single person bother to photoshop a result to counterattack.

It depends. If you only run a single instance then you would hardly see any significant amount of performance increase. However if you like to run multiple instances concurrently then the extra vram may count. An example would be trying to start dual-instance of WoW DX11 8AA on 1GB cards vs 2GB...
