Gainward, is cool, quiet, and cheap. Doubt the warranty will be an issue. Edit: "cheap"

Also, there is the ratio of GLH-GS/GS/standard to consider that will be decided on the price that Gainward are setting rather than the pricing we see here. e.g. A GLH-GS rated chip may be put into a lower bin as they need to create more cards in that bin for the lower price point.
