Thats the real kicker. An inducement that causes loss and inconvenience. Then again if they can expect to supply the card within 30 days of the ETA its deemed fine.

True, T's&C's are trumped by UK consumer law.

I moved up 6 places from the low 50's. Everyone above that seems to have moved up 6 places also. Cancellations further down explain the disparity. So thats 6 off the list but you have also got 'prebuilt stock' possibly eating into the delivery.

Its true that they now list with 'Build Stock' after people complained. Beyond that? Made me chuckle in a silly kind of way.

They have now changed the prebuilds with 'Build Stock' stated on the GPU section. Who knew a couple of words could make a wrong right :)
