why is it completely impossible to join a game? there's no filter to stop the constant streams of full regions, just spent 10 minutes of clicking load more and the odd one you find with a city unclaimed wont let ya claim it...

dont quote me on this, but i think its only "illegal" if you block someones drive with cars in, preventing them from accessing the road, but "legal" to block someones drive if no cars are on it. im pretty sure my driving instructor told me this.
